in Chicago in 1976 and now recruits for clients nationwide.
The company started as a Financial recruitment company expanded into IT,
manufacturing and eventually became a full service executive recruiting firm. Donna Coleman has successfully filled
hundreds of positions from Plant Manager to Controller. 30 years ago the public internet did not exist and recruiters
had to be creative and hardworking to identify candidates. At Donna Coleman and Associates that work ethic has continued
